Our pizza story began as a food truck in 2018, where a growing wave of loyal fans helped us take our first big step - expanding to a second truck in 2020. In 2023, we fulfilled our dream of welcoming customers to our first brick-and-mortar location in Highlands Ranch, CO, where we continue to serve the same bold, neighborhood-pizza spirit with a modern twist. Our dough is crafted with Real NY water, a detail that brings a classic, authentic character to our crust. We peel back the curtain on freshness by shedding our whole milk cheese daily, ensuring it arrives free of anti-caking additives for a purer, cleaner bite. We also bake with a heritage blend flour - a pre-GMO seed flour famed for being more digestible, nutrient-dense, and richly flavorful with a toasty, nutty profile that distinguishes our pies from the rest.
